  • Updated Thr/Ser ratios to reflect work done in Paul Daniel, E.J., et al (2020) "Ser and Thr acceptor preferences of the GalNAc-Ts vary among isoenezymes to modulate mucin-type O-glycosylation" Glycobiology.

  • ISOGlyP version 2.2 released: This is major revision of the ISOGlyP program and webserver. ISOGlyP's code was rewritten in Python and seperated into the predictor suite of scripts and the webserver that uses Web.py. Additionally functionality added to v2.2 includes, T4 enhancement data, Ser/Thr ratios, and the Selective Peptide tools.
